STAFF BSN SEPERTI “ALONG” (Pinjaman Wang Haram)
“Seorang staff bsn dari Unit Hasil Kutipan Hutang berlagak seperti “along” pengutip hutang dengan datang ke pejabat seorang peminjam.Kalau dilihat dari fizikalnya memang kelihatan agak muda lagi staff tersebut.Mana pergi mesra rkyat anda walhal Bank Simpanan Nasional merupakan salah satu bank untuk rakyat.Bagi saya TIDAK,staf tersebut berlagak seperti ahli kongsi gelap yg meminta hutangnya untuk dibayar.Pergi ke pejabat org tanpa memberi salam dan senyuman.Memberi amaran sewenangnya untuk melangsaikan tunggakan secepat mungkin kalau tidak surat saman akan menyusul.Menurut peminjam tersebut,pihak BSN memang tidak dinafikan beberapa kali menghubungi beliau sebelum ini meminta beliau menyelesaikan tunggakan secepat mungkin.Beliau meminta tempoh untuk membuat pembayaran kerana tidak mampu membayar hutang tersebut sekali gus tetapi permintaan beliau tidak dilayan.Selepas itu,pihak BSN juga menghubungi beliau berkali-kali sehingga menganggu waktu beliau bekerja.Sehinggalah satu tahap pihak BSN menyatakan mereka bertindak sedemikian kerana atas kesalahan beliau itu sendiri kerana tidak membayar hutang pinjamannya yg tertunggak.Tindakan staff BSN yg mendatangi beliau diwaktu beliau sedang berdepan dengan pelanggan beliau dikaunter amat tidak wajar kerana tanpa memberi salam dan tidak membalas senyuman langsung memberi amaran kepada beliau untuk membayar hutang tunggakan beliau.Staff tersebut mengeluarkan ayat yg memalukan dan menyakitkan di depan org ramai peminjam tersebut di waktu beliau sedang bekerja berkenaan hutang beliau yang tertunggak atas alasan beliau susah untuk dihubungi.Menurut beliau tersebut,perlukah pihak BSN berlagak seperti along yg kurang adab dengan memberi amaran dengan nada yg tinggi seperti melayan seorang penjenayah??wajarkah peminjam seperti dia dilayan seperti itu??sedangkan waktu dahulunya sebelum membuat pinjaman kemain segala urusan dan kata mesra pelanggan dripada pihak mereka.Hal sedemikian terjadi sebenarnya,pada sbelumnya pihak BSN mengatakan hutang pinjaman beliau akan dipotong melalui potongan gaji kerana pengurusan pinjaman amatlah sukar.Walhal sehingga kini peminjam tersebut terpaksa membayar hutang pinjaman beliau melalui mesin ATM sedangkan sebelum ini pihak BSN menyatakan hutang pinjaman beliau akan dipotong melalui gaji.Menurut beliau lagi,beliau sudah memaklumkan pihak BSN akan membersihkan semua tunggakan beliau hujung bulan ini,tetapi tidak diendahkan sehingga beliau didatangi oleh staff BSN yg berlagak seperti “along” itu.”
*Moralnya siapa pun kita dan apa pun pekerjaan kita tolong hormat bila bercakap dengan org lain.Tidak kira apa pun pangkat kita,tugas kita,tanggungjawab kita janganlah berlagak seperti dunia ni kita yg punya.Kita dtg ke Jabatan org lain sedangkan kita tak tahu kita berdepan dengan siapa.INGAT!kita bukan selamanya senang.Tup tup satu saat org yg kita malukan ini pula yg akan tolong kita waktu susah.Buangkan sifat angkuh anda yg berlagak seperti “along” itu.Sama2 kita muhasabah diri.
Duit hilang beratus ringgit oleh unknown company. Potong melalui card debit bukan online. Report dengan pihak bsn suruh tunggu 45 hari. Kata yang mungkin tidak ada chance dapat duit balik. Begitu mudah duit yang kita cari dengan titik peluh kena curi mcm tu je. Terima kasih kerana sangat membantu mengurangkan duit saya. 🤣

My loan approve on 9/12/2022, then the banker arrange loan signing contract with me on 15/4/2023, I can’t understand what wrong with the banker. They facebook ads are telling people that they can proceed loan within 2 week, and the banker are rude and bad attitude to me. Rubbish bank I ever see
Assisted my mom for my father’s BPN money withdrawal process on 6/7/21. Since he is bedridden and mom is the fulltime caretaker, she would be able to withdraw the money from the bank usually. But this round at Putrajaya BSN Presint 2, despite the current situation (high covid cases + PKPD almost everywhere at selangor) the staffs were so intolerance and denied our BPN withdrawal process without father’s (with OKU card) arrival at the bank. We even brought his IC and OKU card along. The best part is we have been done BPN withdrawal for twice at the same bank without him before and even before the covid became worst!! But what happened now?? Why they tend to treat us like this?? Asking for surat perkahwinan and so on?? The bank’s operation hours has changed. You guys expecting us to travel how often to the bank despite the current situation? Gov giving out the money for those less income families to survive during the pandemic. But you guys are killing the situation. Adding more pain and hassle to the rakyat! Please laa. Think rational, ppl wouldn’t have to travel unnecessarily if things like this occur, the situation out there is out of our hands now. U guys are not helping in anyways, atleast don’t add more pain!!!! Never had good experience with BSN before! This is my second time, they have always been like this and will remain forever. Nothing changed. Thank you.
