The wait is terrible. It took close to 1 hour just to be attended to. Most staff’s pretending to be busy but on their phones and not doing anything. I will not visit this branch again.

As a customer, I am deeply disappointed by your service. I can never get through to your customer service for issues related to my credit card. Emails were never replied. Yet I keep receiving unwanted calls from your team to sign up for loans.

How can you serve your customers when you can’t get through to customer service every day and they hang up on me? How do you standard character banks do things?
