I’ve been extremely impressed with uob bank’s services. The online platform is user-friendly, and the customer support is always helpful and responsive. Transactions are quick, and the mobile app makes managing my accounts easy. I highly recommend this bank for anyone looking for reliable and efficient banking.
Service is so slow and banking facilities are from the 1960’s you get treated like an idiot to ask what have you take. That money for and when you ask for explanation you get I don’t know use a better bank is my recommendation
Unfortunately I have to give one star to leave a comment, actually I dont want to give even one star!!!!!!! The customer service is sucks and process is super slow. I have request to cancel my credit card since 15-Apr and request a release letter to prove that I have no more outstanding balance with this lousy bank, and I have call multiple times to chase and chase, and two day 29-Apr I have call again and the customer said the letter probably but not promise will send to me by next week as I only request today????? What???? So mean these few days I chase for nothing??? You guys dont even record down what customer request? Super suck and I will tell everyone dont apply UOB credit card!
Worst bank ever! I’ve been Citibank customer for the past 3 decades and their services are top-notch. I never expect such a poor service under UOB! Their customer service phone number is almost unreachable!!! Their web chatbox is not working properly, their phone system contents are different for both English & Malay. I could only do my fee waiver application on the Malay version, not English. After waited for a week they sent me a sms stating that it was rejected without any reason given. Everything has to wait for 1 week! OMG – are their management team living in the cave? They have to remember the customers are human beings not machine! It’s a total waste of time! I’m cancelling both my cards. Will never recommend them at all to anyone, they are a total disaster and horrible!

find agreement in website by my own instead of provide it to me? full of tricks to earn money from clients. i even called the customer servise to request for no calls from seller in UOB

UOB Malaysia worst bank and experience. Their service is abysmal, bordering on non-existent. Filling out their forms is a pointless exercise, as they clearly don’t bother to update their systems. Countless calls to rectify a simple phone number change have been met with empty promises and zero action. Six months of frustration and incompetence is a testament to their utter disregard for their customers.
