100% 0 star! Why?? We Had a housing loan from this branch (arranged via housing agent). But after two years suddenly they stop auto deduct. When called to clarify, an officer from housing loan department was very rude. Does not even helpful and repeatly ask to check my account when i had informed that it was not deducted! After that, she hang up while i was talking! So rude!

I applied for a loan and it took soooo long to get approved! I need money now, not next month! The wait almost made me give up. Next time, I’ll try elsewhere.

The loan process was easy, but nothing special. They did what they had to, but the interest rate could be better. A little slow in replying, but overall not bad lah. Overall I’m ok with Maybank Personal Loan.

Maybank approved my loan, but the process wasn’t as fast as I hoped. The rates were higher than I thought too. It’s fine, just nothing to shout about lah.

Boleh Boleh, But Slow sikit… The loan was processed without major problems, but it did take too long. If you don’t mind waiting, it’s ok. But I expected faster service, especially from a big bank like Maybank.
