Frustrating experience. Called RHB because wanted to go online but seem the website unable to login for 2 days. It is just housing loan statement I need for my tax purpose. I have a current account but never use as it is a requirement to get the housing loan. The unfriendly & unhelpful staff who attended to me asked me when is the last time I login and I don’t remember as I never use it. So she just told me sorry unable to help as can’t give her the answer. I have given her all my info…. Name, NRIC, address, payment mode, payment amount, payment method…… what else she want. So ridiculous. Pls treat your customers fairly.

One of the worst bank. Scammer. Been applied for flexi housing loan here. Extra Money being deducted from withdrawal account and can’t tell what and why. Statement not showed!! Called to bank and the customer service can’t tell at All!!!

First time apply RHB Easy Personal Loan ni, memang kecewa la. Process untuk lulus lama gila, kena tunggu berhari-hari baru dapat jawab. Bila saya tanya customer service pun, lambat sangat respond. Plus, interest rate yang dorang bagi agak tinggi, jadi saya rasa bayar lebih dari yang saya expect. Kalau korang tak ada pilihan lain sangat, baru ambil. Kalau tak, better cari yang lain. 😞

This RHB Easy Personal Loan is honestly quite a letdown. The approval was slow, and the process was more complicated than I thought. The interest rate is high, and now I’m stuck with higher monthly payments than I was expecting. Customer service wasn’t very helpful, either. When I called to ask about the loan, they took forever to get back to me. Not a smooth experience at all. If you need fast cash, this isn’t the best choice. I won’t be recommending it anytime soon. 😔

Not a good loan service for me, I think its quite bad experience for me, I can’t understand why my their banker are so dumb, and giving me some useless information to me. The thing is their interest rate are higher than other bank, the document request are more than other bank, fuckyou rhb bank
